The abnormality of wireless screen projection may be affected by the network, copyright, system, etc. The specific reasons are as follows: ① The projector and the mobile device are not on the same local area network. If the mobile phone is connected to mobile data, and the projector is connected to WiFi, the wireless screen cannot be achieved; ② The content is not supported by copyright protection. Some video content is protected by copyright and only supports viewing by the relevant client; ③ If there is a problem with the system operation, you can restart the relevant equipment and restore the network settings before trying the screen; ④ Network instability will affect the screening, and users can check the network status.
For blurred screen: switch to other pages, or run third-party software to see if the screen is still blurred. ① If a blurred screen also appears in other pages, it may be a hardware or driving problem, please refer to the following: -Restart the laser projector, -Update system; - Or reset; -Implement after-sales testing. ② If other pages are displayed normally, it may be an abnormality of the current output source selected, or the current screen decoding is abnormal. Please refer to the following: -If connected to a set-top box or other HDMI devices, please check the problems of the set-top box and other HDMI devices, or whether the connection/interface is poorly exposed; -If a blurred screen appears to play video, it belongs to the abnormal video image decoding. ①First, determine under what circumstances the user is stuck, and provide guidance based on the user's operation situation. If the system has been rooted, you need to cancel the root before trying it; ④ Enter the projector's background interface and clean up the programmes running in the background, or enter the TV butler to clean up memory and garbage. ⑤ Reset the laser projector's factory settings (not save software), or enter the recovery mode to select all data; ⑥ If the above methods cannot resolve the problem, perform an after-sales test and the specific situation shall prevail after the after-sales test results.
① Check whether the WiFi name has special characters, modify the router wifi name and password to English/digital type, and try to connect again. ② If this WIFI has been connected before, please check whether the wifi password is correct. Select the WIFI name, right click on remote control and select "ignore this network", then re-enter the password. ③ Check whether the router opens the DHCP function. If DHCP is turned off, the TV cannot automatically obtain the IP address. ④ Check whether the router limits more terminal access. If the router only allows the white list device to access the WiFi, add the MAC address of the TV to the white list and try to connect. ⑤ Check whether the TV can be connected to another WIFI network (such as the hotspot a mobile phone): if you can connect, please restart or reset the router; ⑥ If you cannot connect, please restore the television factory settings before trying to connect to WIFI.
