How long does it take to receive my order after placing an order?

For Laser TVs/Projectors, we will ship directly from our local US and EUR warehouses. It usually takes 2-10 business days to receive the product after placing the order. For accessories, we will ship from our local warehouse or China, depending on product availability.

How to modify the delivery address after placing an order?

Please double check your shipping address when placing an order, the Xming team cannot change the address after the product has shipped. After you place an order on Formovie.com, our team will email you a tracking number once the product is shipped. Please check your email and feel free to contact us at service@formovie.com for further questions.

Which countries and regions does Xming support for delivery?

What is Xming warranty policy?

Please use the Xming remote or a remote with Google Assistant button. Press and hold the voice button, approach the remote and say your command.

Can I connect my external speakers to Xming products?

We currently offer a 1-year (non-EU)/2-year (EU) warranty on devices purchased directly from the Xming.in. Please click here or contact us via service@formovie.com for more details on the warranty process. For products bought from authorized resellers, please contact the relevant sales channels for further steps.

How do I get my Laser TV/Projector repaired within warranty?

During the warranty period, Formovie is responsible for repair/replacement services. Please provide the following information to contact us (service@formovie.com) for further inspection:
1)Purchase order number/invoice number/13-digit SN code;
2)Specific problem description.
